What is your returns policy for items purchased via the website?
We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchase. But if you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you are unable to return the clothing or other products to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period.
To do so, simply email info@battlesoflondon.com. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

What address should I send the item(s) back to?
The returns address will be provided to you in the return email.
What costs will you refund?
If you cancel your order we will refund the price you paid for the item(s) and any delivery costs that you have paid.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you have not received the item(s) at the time of your cancellation, we will make the refund within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the order.
How will you refund me?
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
Do I have to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to you?
Yes, unless the item is damaged or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
What if the item is faulty?
If the item is found to be faulty, or not as described, please email info@battlesoflondon.com. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

What address should I send the items back to?

Will you refund the cost to return the items to you?
Should the items be faulty yes, we will refund the price of the items in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item.
